Creekside Village Apartments

08GPA-00000-00003, 08DVP-00000-00011, 08RDN-00000-00005 and 08GOV-00000-00024 for development of a 39 apartment unit complex. Renaming of an existing road as a condition by the Santa Barbara County Fire Department for emergency purposes and amending the text within the Los Alamos Community Plan to Development Standard FLD-LA-1.1.5 to provide flexibility regarding how structures in the floodplain are protected from floodwaters.





Project Status

The Creekside Village Apartments project was approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 19, 2009. The Central Board of Architectural Review gave the project final approval on June 12, 2009. The timeframe for project construction is estimated at 18 months. The applicant hopes to begin construction in early 2010
