Rice Ranch Specific Plan Affordable Housing Amendments

The project consists of applications for a Specific Plan revision and Recorded Map Modification to amend the requirements for constructing the onsite affordable units.  Specifically, the request would allow for 25% of the market rate units up to 181 units to be permitted, constructed, and issued occupancy clearance prior to implementation of the Affordable Housing Provisions.
