Back to ZORPIncorporating Coastal Montecito Regulations into the Montecito Land Use & Development Code
In January 2007, staff will begin removing the regulations pertaining to Coastal Montecito from the County Land Use & Development Code and inserting them into the Montecito Land Use & Development Code. A Public Review draft of the revised Montecito Land Use & Development Code is anticipated to be available in four to six months.
Copies of both the County and Montecito Land Use & Development Codes are available for purchase. CDs are also available for free to the public.
